Your hosts at El Mirasol at Los Arboles, the Castaneda's, had a dream way back in 1985 to share their family's heritage and love of food through their beloved family recipes.
They made that dream a reality when they opened the original El Mirasol in Palm Springs.
Four decades later they still wake each day excited to share fresh hand made foods, exciting cocktails, margaritas and personal service with our guests.
That restaurant was built on generations of family gathering around the table for a homemade meal and conversation. Then as today, they had a dedication to freshness above all else.
So when Los Arboles Hotel was in the planning stages and we wanted not just great food and
cocktails, but an experience for our guests, the natural choice was to open
a second location for our iconic restaurant.
El Mirasol at Los Arboles features the same handcrafted menu items as the original,
but with spectacular mountain views and an intimate setting. Every table is surrounded by lush tropical greenery, boundless sun filled days, starry nights and of course,
our bar featuring the Coachella Valley's best margarita's!

Wednesday thru Sunday from 9am-9:00pm.
