Los Arboles can accommodate meetings, conferences and special events from 10 to 100 guests. The property features over 2,000 square feet of meeting and function areas, poolside event space and the upper level, open-air Vista Patio featuring unmatched views of the dramatic mountains surrounding the Coachella Valley.

Catering at Los Arboles features many of the same great dishes that El Mirasol has made famous as well as an array of sumptuous special occasion dishes. El Mirasol can cater poolside receptions, provide innovative morning and afternoon breaks and we are always happy to work with event planners to design custom menus to suit individual tastes and dietary requirements.

Guest Room Beds & Occupancy Policy: Los Arboles does not have any Double/Double bedded rooms.  All of our rooms have one bed and we do not offer roll-away beds. We do not allow more than 2 guests per room with the exception of families traveling with small children.

Check in time: 3:00pm

Front Office Hours: Our main office is open daily 8:30am to 5:00pm.   For check in between 5:00pm and 9:00pm, visit our on-site restaurant, El Mirasol at Los Arboles. If you are arriving after 9:00pm, please call the front desk before 5:00pm on the day of arrival so that we may give you a code to enter your room.

Smoking:  Los Arboles is a 100% smoke free resort. Smoking is permitted in the parking areas and anywhere outside the walls of the property. Smoking inside any guest room will result in a $250, non-refundable cleaning fee.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at Los Arboles

Fire safety:  Immediately call 911 in the event of any fire related emergency

Protecting your valuables:  No building or hotel room is completely burglar proof. We suggest you do not leave any valuables (cash, jewelry, travelers checks, etc.) in your room. Los Arboles cannot assume responsibility for stolen articles.

Security:  Guest safety and security are of the utmost importance to the staff and management of Los Arboles. Please make sure to keep your door is securely locked at all times whether you are in the room or not.  Do not open your door to anyone you do not know or recognize.  If you see any suspicious person or activity, please contact the front desk or call 911 immediately.

Swimming pool hours:  7:00am to 10:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.  Guests swim at their own risk. Please use caution at all times. Outside food and beverage are not allowed poolside at any time. For guest enjoyment, we provide food and beverage service throughout the entire property.

Guest room linens: Please do not use linens and towels for wine spills, make-up removal or other heavy cleaning. If you have a spill we can provide you with cleaning assistance.  There will a $25 charge for excessively dirty or make-up stained linens and towels.

Housekeeping:    Extra blankets, pillows, towels, ironing boards are available. Contact the front desk to have thee items delivered to your room.
